Take phone number with you
From now on, you can use your existing mobile phone number to make calls with WOWWW!
And this is how it works:
1. Get a WOWWW! Starter package.
You will receive a WOWWW! SIM card with a WOWWW! phone number, your previous phone number will then be transferred to this number. Request free WOWWW sim card
2. Contact your previous network operator
Have a “Number Portability Information” (NÜVI) issued at a service point (store or retail partner) of your mobile network provider.
3. Fill out porting application
Fill in the WOWWW! porting application, which you can download here as a PDF .
4. Send the application to WOWWW!
Together with sheet 2 (confirmation) of the “Information on number porting” by mail – postage paid by recipient (if “porting” is clearly visible on the envelope) – to: WOWWW, P.O. Box 619, 1010 Vienna, or to [email protected]
5. Phone number successfully transferred to WOWWW!
WOWWW! will automatically inform you by SMS as soon as your phone number has been taken over and you will be able to make cheap domestic and international calls!
